Joshua Pond has joined the Washington, DC, office of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, where he is be a member of the patent litigation team. He was previously a principal at Fish & Richardson for 11 years. Ann Schofield Baker has joined Perkins Coie's New York office as a partner in the commercial litigation practice focusing on intellectual property and other complex commercial matters. Baker was most recently head of McKool Smith's national trade mark and copyright litigation practice.
