Parth Bajaj

Parth is an associate in the litigation team at RNA, Technology & IP Attorneys, specialising in intellectual property disputes and commercial litigation. With an LLM in intellectual property rights and technology law from O.P. Jindal Global University and enrolment as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi, he brings a robust academic foundation and professional experience at several leading firms to his practice.

Parth regularly represents clients before the High Courts and District Courts, handling a diverse array of matters, including trademark and design infringement, passing off, counterfeiting, and domain name disputes. His expertise extends to drafting complex pleadings, strategising enforcement actions, and managing multifaceted litigation for domestic and international clients. Parth is also adept at mediation and settlement proceedings.
