Parth Bajaj

Parth is an associate at RNA, Technology & IP Attorneys and is part of the litigation team. He completed his LLM in intellectual property rights and technology law from O.P. Jindal Global University and is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi.

Parth regularly appears before the High Courts and District Courts in commercial matters, including trademark and design infringement, passing off, counterfeiting, and domain name disputes. He is actively involved in drafting pleadings, strategising enforcement actions, and managing complex litigation for both domestic and international clients. Parth’s work also includes handling mediation and settlement proceedings and advising on intellectual property enforcement strategies.
