Meenal has extensive expertise in brand clearance, risk assessment, trademark protection, opposition proceedings, cancellation actions, and enforcement strategies. Her practice spans trademark, copyright, design prosecution, domain name, and company name disputes. Meenal advises clients on IP protection and enforcement strategies that minimise legal risks, strengthen brand assets, and support long-term business objectives.
