Jingjing is the manager of AFD China’s trademark and legal department. She graduated from Tianjin University with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and an LLB, and began practising intellectual property (IP) law in 2002.
Her specialities include trademark prosecution and counselling, copyright law, domain name issues, IP dispute solution, and IP litigation for a diverse array of domestic and overseas clients. Jingjing is also a member of the All China Patent Attorneys Association and became a patent litigation attorney admitted before the Supreme People’s Court of China in 2013.
