Ms. Yue YUAN is the consultant of Patent Litigation Department at CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office, practicing patent litigation, patent invalidation, administrative litigation, patent search and general consulting. Ms. Yuan graduated from Electronic Engineering department of Tsinghua University in 2006 and got her Master’s degree on Communication Engineering. She joined the firm in 2006 right after graduation. She received training courses on IP from a German Law Firm in 2011.
Ms. Yuan has extensive experiences in both patent prosecution and litigation. She has successfully handled nearly one thousand patent filing and prosecuting cases, more than one hundred invalidation cases and several tens of litigations. Her clients include many internationally well-known companies. Since 2016, Ms. Yuan mainly focuses on invalidation and litigation of patent disputes.
