Vladimir is a Senior Counsel/Attorney at Law and he leads the team of ZMP attorneys and paralegals, coordinating their activities and being the main point of contact for the firm’s most important clients. Vladimir is a practitioner renowned for his extensive experience in advising international and domestic clients on all matters relating to IP portfolios, including copyright, trademarks, designs, domains, and unfair competition.
Throughout his career, he has specialized in IP litigation, overseeing enforcement matters in all countries of the region. He provides expert advice and legal assistance in counterfeiting matters, among others. Vladimir is one of the creators of the firm’s anti-counterfeiting strategy for the Balkans.
He has actively participated in numerous IP conferences as a lecturer and has published significant articles on trademark and copyright protection. Vladimir is a registered agent before the Serbian IP Office and an arbitrator before the Serbian Chambers of Commerce for domain name disputes.
