Steve Pollinger is a Texas trial lawyer and registered patent attorney who has focused on patent cases and other IP litigation for more 25 years. He has won courtroom victories in cases involving diverse software, electronics, and medical device technologies, against tech giants including Samsung, Oracle, SAP, Seagate, and RIM. Steve holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering, which allows him to understand the disputed technologies and to reduce the disputes to explanations and themes that are compelling in the courtroom. Prior to entering private practice, Steve clerked for Federal Circuit Judge S. Jay Plager.
