Stefan Schröter is part of the firm’s trademark & design group. He represents clients in regulatory proceedings and civil litigation. He has wide-ranging experience with unfair competition cases as well as in registration and enforcement of trademarks, copyright, designs and geographical indications. Stefan Schröter is admitted to the bar in Germany and Switzerland and has a focus on anti-counterfeit and e-commerce issues with particular experience in the sectors of retail, fashion, electronics, furniture, healthcare and life science. He is fluent in German, English and Spanish.
