Sabine has specialised in the different aspects of intellectual property since 1994, in particular patents, trade marks and designs, before dedicating herself exclusively to patent litigation. Sabine developed particular expertise in matters relating to standard-essential patents related to multimedia systems and telecommunications.
She regularly intervenes on behalf of patent holders in matters involving parallel proceedings in several European countries, as well as in the United States.
She is also active in the fields of pharmacy, chemistry and medical devices, as well as that of domestic appliances and convenience goods, on behalf of French or foreign industrial clients, as well as research bodies. Her activity covers legal issues in many areas, from contractual disputes, patent ownership (and co-ownership) to validity and infringement.
