Robert Eggert

Robert Eggert focuses primarily on obtaining and defending patents and utility models in the life science and applied science sectors. In the Life Science sector, he has extensive expertise in connection with patent applications of chemical and pharmaceutical agents. In the Applied Science sector, his focus is on biotechnology and medical technology, with particular emphasis on the enforcement of intellectual property rights before the German authorities and courts. Another focus of his practice is German, European and international trademark law.

Robert Eggert is particularly involved in galenics and drug substances, catalyst technology, organic chemistry, nanotechnology and environmental technology.
