As founding partner of /drip/, Raymond has extensive experience in legal consultancy, particularly as an Intellectual Property Counsel and authorized representative, in relation to the protection, management, and enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights.

He advises across the full range of IP matters, including strategic counselling and prosecution, trademark and design filing strategy, IP design and quality management, copyright, domain names, and trade secret protection.

Raymond acts for key account clients as well as innovators, creators, entrepreneurs, start-ups, SMEs. His advice is practical, hands-on, and cost-efficient, with close attention to the client’s business model, commercial priorities, and strategic objectives.

He has a particular focus on transactions involving the acquisition, licensing, transfer, and exploitation of intellectual property rights.

Raymond’s regular activities also include IP clearance and watch services, pre-litigation advice, and IP disputes, including opposition, cancellation, and infringement proceedings. He further advises on IPR portfolio audits and portfolio management, as well as the drafting and review of IP-related agreements.
