Raymond handles key account clients and assists innovators, creators, entrepreneurs, start-ups, SMEs and large corporations, providing hands on and cost-efficient solutions, integrating the client’s business model and strategic goals.
He has a strong focus on business transactions relating to the acquisition, licensing and exploitation of intellectual property rights with an extensive experience in drafting and negotiating intellectual property and distribution related agreements.
Raymond’s customary activities furthermore include IP-clearance and watch, IP-prelitigation, IP-conflicts, in the form of opposition, cancellation and infringement actions, IPR-portfolio audits and portfolio management services, IP contracts and contract audits.
