Raphael Nusser has many years of experience in advising and representing of clients in court in all areas of intellectual property law (IP) as well as in unfair competition, distribution, advertising, media and IT law matters. His practice focuses on the protection, commercialising (licensing) and (judicial) enforcement and defence of IP rights, particularly trademark rights. In addition, Raphael Nusser has specialised in the execution of IP related mergers and acquisitions (conducting of due diligence procedures and drafting of merger and acquisition agreements) and has been involved in several dozen national and cross-border transactions in recent years
