Rakefet Peled specializes in commercial litigation, with particular expertise in intellectual property and defamation law. She brings extensive experience across all aspects of intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, designs, passing off, unfair competition, and competition law.
Rakefet has a strong track record representing clients before all courts of law in Israel and is highly experienced in proceedings before the Israeli Patent Office. She also serves as a mediator in matters involving intellectual property rights, defamation, and privacy protection.
In addition to her legal practice, Rakefet frequently lectures in academic and professional forums on civil procedure and copyright law. She also initiated and developed an intellectual property course as part of the Israeli Bar Association’s continuing legal education programs.
