Phoebe Xi is the head of the Biochemistry Patent Department at Chang Tsi & Partners. Her career began in 2011, and since then, she has continually expanded her expertise in patent law. Xi's extensive skills include patent drafting, patent prosecution, patent reexaminations and invalidations, patent portfolio management, and developing patent application strategies. Her professional capabilities cover a wide range of fields, including biomedical and health sciences, chemical and material sciences, environmental and energy technologies, and agricultural and food technologies.
Phoebe Xi has unique expertise in clean energy, small and large molecule drugs, diagnostics, and food technology. Before joining Chang Tsi & Partners, she worked for three years in the R&D department of a renowned energy company in China, enriching her knowledge and experience. Throughout her career, Phoebe Xi has handled over 1,000 patent application cases.
