Patrícia Aragão Lusoli

Patrícia Aragão Lusoli is a seasoned Intellectual Property practitioner with over 30 years of experience, primarily dedicated to trademark prosecution and portfolio management on both a national and international scale. She counsels Brazilian and foreign clients on trademark clearance, filing strategies, prosecution, maintenance, coexistence matters and global portfolio development, coordinating complex multi-jurisdictional projects and brand protection strategies. Her experience further extends to administrative and judicial disputes involving intellectual property rights, enabling her to provide comprehensive and business-oriented legal support for the protection of valuable intangible assets.

She served as a teacher for the ABAPI (Brazilian IP Agents Association) Trademark Course (2000 and 2017) and was the co-coordinator of the ABPI (Brazilian IP Association) Trademark Commission (2014-2015). She has been active in International Trademark Association (INTA) committees since 2008 and is currently a member of the Legislation and Regulation Committee (2026-2027 term).
