Pascal Haddad

Pascal joined Saba IP in 1999 and now serves as a Shareholder and the Country Manager at the Morocco Office. Pascal provides IP legal and strategic advice to clients based on best financial, taxation, and legal practices in Morocco and the MENA region.

Before assuming his responsibilities at Morocco Office, Pascal headed the IT Department at the Head Office. His practice focused on all systems and workflows, including the handling of patent annuity payments across the MENA.

Pascal holds a master’s degree in computer and communication engineering from the Lebanese University and a postgraduate diploma in IP Laws from the University of London.
