Oliwia Czarnecka graduated from the faculty of electronics of the Warsaw University of Technology.
She heads the JWP Patent Department and the Electronics and Mechanical Engineering Patent Team.
As a patent and trademark attorney with extensive and long-standing experience, Oliwia Czarnocka deals with filing of Polish, international and European patent applications, and specialises in the fields of electronics, IT and ICT. On a day-to-day basis, she assists entrepreneurs, scientific research institutes and startups, advising on the development of patent strategy, preparing opinions in patent matters and conducting patent searches. Moreover, she is the author of numerous publications in the field of industrial property law, published in national and international media. She also provides training in the field of patent law.
