Nuttachai advises clients on trademarks, including contentious and non-contentious matters. He has adept experience in advising clients on trademarks in foreign countries, as well as on IP-related matters including trademarks, patent, and copyright.
Nuttachai has experience in handling a wide array of cases. A major case Nuttachai lead included advising a leading Thai energy drink manufacturer on trademark prosecution and litigation matters in over 160 countries. He has also represented one of Thailand's largest hypermarket operators on registration and protection of trademark worldwide and has advised US developer and supplier of advanced plant genetics on the patent application for genetic modifications and procedures in Thailand.
