Nathalie Dreyfus is the founding partner of Dreyfus, a French and European Trademark Attorney, and a Certified Judicial Expert accredited by the French Supreme Court and the Paris Court of Appeal. Since 2004, she has been advising clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, including trademarks, designs, copyrights, patents, geographical indications, plant varieties, and domain names. Her international practice also covers IP/IT contracts, dispute resolution, and online brand enforcement, with recognized expertise in digital issues such as phishing, cybersquatting, Web3, social media, and e-commerce.
She is a panelist for the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and The Forum (US), and a frequent contributor to legal publications. A respected speaker and educator, she teaches at the French National School of the Judiciary and regularly shares insights on IP and technology law through articles and conferences.
