Biography
Nathalie Dreyfus is the founding partner of Dreyfus, a Paris-based boutique dedicated exclusively to intellectual property since 2004. A French and European Trademark Attorney, she is a Certified Judicial Expert accredited by the French Supreme Court (Cour de cassation) in trademarks and by the Paris Court of Appeal in trademarks and designs. This dual standing as practitioner and court-appointed expert gives her clients a decisive advantage in contentious matters, in the assessment of likelihood of confusion and in IP valuations.
