Biography
Melanie Zani has been part of BDPE’s patent litigation team since 2021. Fluent in German, English, and Italian, she advises clients across industries and borders.
She holds an engineering degree from the renowned Politecnico di Milano and completed extensive legal training in Germany. Since 2024, she has also been a qualified professional representative before the European Patent Office (EPO), expanding the scope of her practice at the European level.
Melanie primarily focuses on litigation related to patents in the electrical and information technology fields.
