Manolis Metaxakis

Manolis has more than 19 years’ experience in IP law, focusing primarily on Patent, Trade Mark, Unfair Competition and Copyright litigation.

Manolis has acquired strong experience in patent litigation acting on behalf of research based pharmaceutical companies. He has been involved in multijurisdictional projects and has been actively advising and participating in proceedings on behalf of international as well as national clients before all Greek Courts and the CJEU.
