Lukas Jönsson is a lawyer at Lindahl law firm and a member of the Swedish Bar Association. He joined the firm in 2015.
Lukas primarily focuses on litigation, IP-related commercial agreements, strategic IP-advisement and dispute resolution, representing a broad array of the firm’s clients, both domestic and international. Lukas is also experienced in advising clients in trademark related marketing practices in the highly regulated fields of tobacco, pharmaceutical products and foodstuffs.
Lukas has a proven track record of representing client’s both before the Swedish Patent and Market Courts, the EUIPO and the Swedish PTO. He has also represented clients in domain name arbitrations and copyright related cases before the Svensk Form Copyright Panel.
From time to time, Lukas writes articles concerning trademark related topics, two of which have been published in the magazine Brandnews. Besides holding a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.), Lukas also holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resources with focus on employment and Commercial law.
