As a European and Italian patent attorney, Luca has an extensive practice drafting and prosecuting European and Italian patent applications, with a particular focus on subject-matter in the automotive, electrical, electronic, telecommunication and AI fields, and substantial experience handling opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office. Luca also gained experience in patent litigation before the Italian IP Courts and is entitled to act before the Unified Patent Court. Furthermore, Luca is a professional Representative in Community Design before EUIPO and has acquired significant experience in the protection of designs and models by assisting international clients in the luxury/fashion industry.
