Llewellyn du Toit

Llewellyn du Toit is a patent attorney and partner at Von Seidels, he is a qualified pharmacist and holds a degree in law.

Llewellyn previously worked as an in-house Intellectual Property consultant with one of the leading technology transfer offices in South Africa.

He specialises in both local and international patent searches, legal opinions for clients, patent specification drafting and licensing agreements. He has a keen interest in pharmaceutical and medical patents, as well as the commercialisation of Intellectual Property.

In addition, Llewellyn is experienced in all aspects of Plant Breeders’ Rights.
