Lars Eggersdorfer focuses on advising German and international clients on matters of patent litigation. He studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, with a focus on IP and competition law. During his legal clerkship he already gained comprehensive knowledge in these fields through, among other things, internships in various law firms specialized in IP. He holds the title of a certified IP lawyer.
Lars Eggersdorfer received his doctorate from the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition and the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich on a topic related to IT and copyright law. The thesis was awarded the Faculty Prize of the Law Faculty of Ludwig Maximilians University and the Sponsorship Prize of the Münchner Fachanwaltstag IT-Recht e.V. He joined BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT in 2015.
He is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and the Association of Intellectual Property Experts (VPP).
