Lara is a founding and managing partner at FONCILLAS Intellectual Property Lawyers and has been advising her clients for more than 25 years in the field of intellectual property, media and information technology.
She provides comprehensive, ongoing, and proactive advice in complex matters related to intellectual property, unfair competition law, advertising, trade secrets, image rights and infringement of intangibles in general.
She is directly involved in cases and has up-to-date knowledge of the clients’ business to anticipate problems and helps them to be more competitive. She has broad practice on international cross border litigation and legal proceedings.
Lara has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 1998. During the years 2011 to 2015 she was a member of the Board of Governors of the Barcelona Bar Association. She has been also a member of the editorial Board of Món Jurídic, journal of the Barcelona Bar Association, since 2005, and Editor in Charge between the years 2012-2015.
She has also been a speaker at numerous courses and conferences.
