I am a partner in Bird & Bird's Madrid office specialising in Intellectual Property in the Tech & Comms and Life Sciences sectors.
Having been an IP litigator for 22 years, my practice is focused on advising clients on the protection and commercialisation of intangible assets; the negotiation and drafting of licence and assignment agreements of trademarks, patents, utility models, designs, copyrights and trade secrets.
I have vast experience of filing judicial actions before the Courts regarding the infringement and validity of intellectual property rights and unfair competition in all fields of technology.
My clients include those in the tech & comms and life sciences sectors, whom I have advised on patent litigation, trade secrets litigation, protection and management programmes. I have also advised multiple SEP implementers on FRAND licensing and negotiation strategies on a global basis.
