ill focuses her practices on patent law in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life science field, with a particular emphasis in the area of antibody-based therapeutics. She has extensive experience counseling and representing clients in the preparation and prosecution of US and international patent portfolios. Jill’s practice also includes developing and implementing effective IP strategies, intellectual property due diligence, and freedom to operate opinions.
