Jennifer represents Fortune 500 clients as well as emerging companies in connection with a wide variety of intellectual property litigation. She has served as lead trial counsel in numerous venues across the country, representing plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts, and at the USPTO and ITC. Matters she handles include:

She has substantial experience in key intellectual property venues, including arguing appeals before the Federal Circuit, inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), trials before the International Trade Commission, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) oppositions and cancellations.
