She has extensive expertise in obtaining protection for difficult inventions in the chemical field where the prior art is very close, for example relating to selection inventions or a new use of a known compound.
Jennifer prosecutes patents throughout the world and has considerable knowledge of patent systems in a number of countries, with significant experience of European Patent Office (EPO) opposition and appeal proceedings and advice on third party rights.
