Isabelle Schaller is a patent litigator in EIP's litigation team in Düsseldorf. She advises and represents national and international clients from various industries, most notably, electronics, telecommunications, automotive and pharma. Her focus is on advising and representing clients in cross-border patent infringement proceedings in various technical fields.
She regularly acts in disputes with a licensing background involving a FRAND defence. Isabelle’s areas of expertise in contentious patent matters include patent litigation at all relevant patent infringement courts in Germany.
She joined EIP having completed a law degree at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University of Bonn. During her legal clerkship she trained in the legal department of a leading trading and travel company. Isabelle is a native German speaker and fluent in English.
