Isabella Bonisolo is a partner at Licks Attorneys. She is currently based in the firm’s São Paulo office. Before joining Licks Attorneys, she gained experience as an intern at a prominent Brazilian law firm, where she worked with trademark prosecution, clearance searches, and legal opinions. Ms. Bonisolo’s career has been devoted to Intellectual Property protection, encompassing both counseling and enforcement in matters involving patents, trademarks, unfair competition, copyrights, and related rights. Since 2017, her professional practice has been primarily dedicated to complex patent and regulatory litigation before the Brazilian Courts, especially in the pharmaceutical and agribusiness industries. In 2025, she completed her master’s degree in Brazilian Civil Law, with a thesis on contributory patent infringement and liability.
