Inès is a senior associate in the IP/IT team based in Paris and is registered at the Paris Bar.
She advises French and foreign companies on intellectual property issues (trademarks, copyright and related rights, designs and models) in both litigation and non-litigation matters, as well as new technologies, and data protection and cybersecurity.
She represents companies before the French courts (in matters involving infringement, unfair competition and free-riding claims) and before the French and EU offices (opposition and cancellation actions notably).
Over the course of her years of practice, Inès has advised publishing companies, international industrial groups, players in the energy market, banks, interior designers, artists, perfume and cosmetics companies and major goldsmiths, among others.
Inès has an LLB in English law as well as a licence in French law.
She is a graduate of the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master degree in Intellectual Property) and King's College London (LLM in Intellectual Property and Information Law).
