Ignacio Martínez Cornejo

He is the founding partner in charge of the Intellectual Property practice, leading and coordinating all matters related to trademark registrations, patents, industrial designs, and copyrights, with special emphasis on the legal protection of such rights against infringement. He leads and develops litigation and procedural strategies in anti-piracy matters, including investigations, training programs, and interaction with collaborative enforcement agencies such as prosecutors’ offices, police authorities, and customs authorities.
