Helena Rönqvist heads the Intellectual Property team at Magnusson law. She is a Swedish attorney-at-law (Sw. advokat) and a partner based in Magnusson's Stockholm office. She has more than 15 years’ experience as a Swedish lawyer both from global law firms and as an inhouse legal counsel within the innovative tech industry. She is a member of the Swedish Bar Association (Advokatsamfundet), the International Bar Association (IBA), and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Marketing Committee.
Helena Rönqvist advises companies from sectors such as fashion, retail, technology, infrastructure and the public sector, as well as highly regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences and insurance. She regularly advises on complex questions in relation to intellectual property ownership and enforcement. Her activities also include brand strategies, counterfeit, copyright and media, license and contractual matters, marketing regulations, digital media and consumer law.
