Since 2005 Heike Röder-Hitschke has been advising and supporting national and international businesses in all areas of intellectual property protection, competition- and IP-related antitrust law, with particular focus on patent law and the law on employee inventions. She also advises on and prepares IP and technology-related contracts. She has many years of experience in coordinating infringement cases (patents, utility models, supplementary protection certificates) and assists in parallel validity proceedings. Her professional activities are mainly focused on the areas of pharma and life sciences as well as engineering. She also has wide-ranging expertise in trademark matters.
Heike is a lecturer at the Technical University of Dresden. She regularly holds talks and seminars on patent and licensing contracts as well as on IP-related procedural law.
