Gary Daniel is counsel to Deeth Williams Wall LLP. With over 30 years of experience, Gary practices intellectual property law with an emphasis on trademarks, copyright and related IP litigation.
Practice Areas
Gary's areas of practice include advising on commercial transactions involving intellectual property . He also handles the Canadian intellectual property portfolios of companies in various sectors including automotive, speciality chemicals among others and advises on and oversees the prosecution of Canadian trademark applications.
Gary frequently acts as counsel in contentious matters in Canada and appears before the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Superior Courts of Ontario as well as the Trademarks Opposition Board
Gary is both a lawyer and a Registered Trade-mark Agent.
Gary is an active member of several intellectual property professional associations including the International Trademark Association and has held leadership roles in several of them.
