Fiona McBride is Chair of Withers & Rogers and head of the firm’s Trade Mark group. Fiona is experienced in contentious matters before the UKIPO and is a member of CITMA.
Fiona has over 20 years’ experience in trade marks, with particular emphasis and success in contentious matters before the UKIPO.
Fiona works with clients in many different business areas, ranging from food and drink, entertainment and leisure to high-end jewellery and fashion houses. Her work is both UK and international.
Having trained and worked in-house, Fiona is able to better understand the commercial requirements of clients and tailors her advice to ensure that the commercial needs of the business are met. She offers practical advice and, has gained wide experience in all aspects of intellectual property. She works closely with clients on IP strategy.
