Felicity Hammond is a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property team at BSA Law.
Felicity is well recognised for her capabilities in IP. She advises clients in protecting, developing and exploiting their intellectual property and technology, and has a broad range of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with an intellectual property, technology or media focus. She advises on strategic and technical intellectual property issues, helping clients to understand the scope of their rights and any risks associated with their proposed approach or arrangement.
Felicity’s practice covers all aspects of intellectual property, including trademarks, copyright and related rights, domain names and patents. She advises on all aspects of brand protection, with expertise in devising enforcement strategies across the MENA region.
