Eric Macramalla is a partner in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office and a member of the firm’s IP group.
Mr Macramalla’s practice focuses on trademark prosecution, litigation and online enforcement. Through his trademark litigation and prosecution practice, Mr Macramalla helps clients manage domestic and global trademark portfolios, while protecting and enforcing their IP rights, both in Canada and abroad. Mr Macramalla is also considered to be a leader in the field of online enforcement of all kinds. He is a domain name arbitrator and a co-author of Oxford’s Domain Name Law and Practice: An International Handbook.
Mr Macramalla has been recognised in WIPR Leaders and WTR 1000 on numerous occasions. He is also considered to be highly responsive and results driven.
