Biography
Eric is a French and European Patent Attorney.
His main fields of expertise are Microbiology, Immunology, Genetics, Pharmaceuticals and Foodtech.
His activities include conducting patentability studies, drafting patent applications and monitoring their examination before various national patent offices. He also defends or contests European patents in opposition and appeal proceedings, conducts oral examination and opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office. He conducts studies of the freedom-to-operate and validity of patent applications or third-party patents and assists with negotiations.
He is also involved in filing and defending supplementary protection certificates (SPCs).
