Ena manages the Mechanics & Technology Practice including the designs team of Reinhold Cohn & Partners, which handles matters pertaining, among others, to wide range of aspects of mechanics and mechanical engineering as well as consumer products industrial and agricultural equipment and processes, military technology, medical devices, etc.
Ena has extensive experience in all areas of IP activities in Israel and worldwide, including drafting and prosecuting patent and designs applications, providing opinions on different issues connected to patents including patentability/validity/freedom-to-operate, consulting clients on IP decision-making processes and strategies as well as patents and designs portfolio building and management, opposition and litigation support in Israel and abroad and due diligence.
Ena has reputable clients from diverse industries, which include among others: consumer products, defense, aerospace, irrigation, cutting tools, diamond industry and others.
Ena has a worldwide reputation as a patent expert and she is occasionally invited to speak in prestigious IP events around the globe.
She is a member of SACEPO Working Party on Quality at the European Patent Office.
