I’m specialized in trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and copyright, representing clients before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the European Patent Office (EPO), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Throughout my career, she I’ve managed international IP portfolios and coordinated global filing and enforcement strategies across multiple jurisdictions. I combine legal expertise with an international perspective, helping businesses protect and maximize the value of their intellectual property assets worldwide.
During these years I’ve advised national and international clients operating in varied fields such as foodstuffs, luxury goods, cosmetics, tobacco, alcoholic beverages, software, education, tourism and fashion assisting them in the management of their trademark and design portfolios, including recognition for well-known brands when needed.
