A fierce litigator, Dhruv has been instrumental in winning landmark judgements for several big-ticket clients including pharma and bio-technology majors, luxury brands, consumer goods and artists.
He was the lead counsel in Jatin Das vs. Union of India which recognised artists moral rights; played significant role in getting Christian Louboutin ‘red sole’ declared well-known trademark in India. He also raised the bar around ‘Intermediary Liability’ through Christian Louboutin vs. Nakul Bajaj.
