Dennis specializes in the areas of international trademark, copyright, domain name, right of publicity and unfair competition law. He has represented and advised a wide range of clients in diverse fields, from multinational corporations to individuals. He has authored and co-authored several publications on the topics of trademark law, unfair competition, merchandising, and domain names and has been a guest lecturer on the topics of international trademark law and intellectual property at numerous law schools.
