Daniel is a senior associate at NEUWERK with a focus on intellectual property and information technology law, commercial matters and agreements within the life science industry.
He has a particular focus in the field of licensing and commercialization of IP rights. In addition, he advises clients on technology and data protection law as well as in the context of M&A transactions, carve-outs and commercial agreements of all kinds.
Daniel has extensive experience in assisting biotech and pharma clients with the protection and licensing of their technologies, the negotiation of research partnerships and all questions relating to the development, manufacture and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
