Clément Jaffray provides representation and assistance to a diverse range of clients, including multinational companies, SMEs, and creative individuals and agencies in patent, trademark, design, copyright, and trade secret matters. Clément's extensive client base encompasses major players across industries such as telecommunications, technology, the pharmaceutical and automotive industry, food and beverage, and fashion/luxury.
In addition to intellectual property law, Clément offers legal advice on advertising law and environmental regulations, with a focus on green claims and product marking. Clément also has extensive experience in assisting wine and liquor makers with trademark law and geographical indications issues.
Clément has a successful track record in litigating intellectual property, unfair competition, and free-riding cases before both French and European courts and Intellectual Property Offices, including the French PTO (INPI) and the EUIPO. He also handles domain name disputes before AFNIC and WIPO, and provides Intellectual Property Rights enforcement services with French customs.
Clément teaches intellectual property law at the University of Toulouse and is a member of several professional organizations, notably AIPPI, APRAM, and ACE.
