Claire Meyers

Claire joined Brandsmiths as an 'Of Counsel', having been a  partner at a competitive law firm and has over 18 years’ experience in the IP field, encompassing both contentious and non-contentious aspects.

She has advised on all areas of intellectual property and has acted for clients in both the High Court and Court of Appeal on numerous actions including copyright, trade mark, patent and design right infringement. Claire also has extensive experience of the competition regime, heading up the competition offering at her previous firm.
