Chia-Wen (Justin) has devoted himself into IP industry for more than 30 years. In addition to the admission as Taiwan Patent Attorney, Chia-Wen (Justin) is also qualified as China Patent Attorney. From prosecution to litigation, Chia-Wen (Justin) assists domestic and international applicants and IP right owners to obtain, maintain, as well as to enforce and defense for their right. With the enthusiasm for IP, Chia-Wen (Justin) co-founded ALIPO in 1999, and in 2012, in order to provide consistent administrative services to the clients, Chia-Wen (Justin) introduced and implemented ISO9001 into the firm. Since then, ALIPO has applied ISO9001 system and provided reliable service to the client.
In addition to attorney position, Chia-Wen (Justin) has been involving in other area for IP tasks, including acting as Volunteer Advisor in TIPO, Advisor in Labor Affairs Bureau of Taichung City Government, Counselor in Patent Management and Diagnostic Analysis for Industry-Academia Cooperation Center of Ministry of Education, as well as giving lecture in National Yunlin University of Science and Technology and College of Design, Ling Tung University.
It is Chia-Wen (Justin)’s philosophy to not only endeavor to find the best solutions for the client, but also bring IP knowledge to the public and young generations.
