Ayça Pınar Eren

Ayça Pınar EREN is a founding and managing partner of Dericioğlu & Eren Law Firm, which was established in 1997 under her leadership. A graduate of the prestigious Ankara University Law School, she has been practicing as a licensed attorney since 1997 and has held the title of Turkish patent and trademark attorney since 2000.

As the firm's managing partner, she manages a team specializing in IP and privacy law. Her expertise encompasses copyright, trademark, design, patent infringement, counterfeiting and invalidation, and unfair competition. She also has experience with seizure processes for counterfeit products at Customs and excels in drafting contracts related to IP rights.
